PURPOSE: Provided is a binder paste, which has excellent hygroscopic, anti-bacterial and deodorizing activities and adhesion to fabrics, maintains the activities for a long time, is not harmful to human bodies and is printed to socks with ease. CONSTITUTION: The binder paste comprises: 35-50 wt% of a polyurethane resin; 15-30 wt% of an inorganic hygroscopic anti-bacterial agent selected from the group consisting of bentonite powder, zeolite powder, silver powder and a mixture thereof; 3-5 wt% of a deodorizing agent formed of microcapsules of extracts from a natural herb such as lavenda, peppermint, chamomile, rosemary and spearmint; 1-3 wt% of a lubricant; 0.5-1.5 wt% of a thickener for controlling the viscosity of the total composition; and the balance amount of water. Further, the binder paste is printed to either surface of the bottom of socks by a silk screen method, and the printed socks are heated and cured to form a plurality of protrusions having an average thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm, so that dermatophytosis inhibiting socks are obtained.
