The present invention is one kinds of Cluj Vero My process Marcia Taunus yeast Separation, purification carbonyl reductase (Carbonyl Reaductase, CR) and obtained from (Kluyveromyces marxianus) relates to this separation, the method of purification. Reduction by a reducing enzyme obtained by the present invention has a high stereoselectivity than the reduction by the reductase obtained by the reduction reaction and chemical synthesis by the microorganism and is excellent in the aspects of cost and time.
