PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing crab-like flavor for a rod shaped product of crab meat by using the crab extract as raw ingredient. The crab-like flavor has the mixed flavor of sweet flavor and crab flavor. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing crab-like meat for rod shaped product of crab flesh comprises the steps of: inducing the generation of reaction flavor from the crab extract as raw ingredient; removing unpleasant and fish smells; and making a crab-like flavor by blending technology to express sweet crab-like flavor.
