METHOD FOR TREATING COMPLICATIONS AFTER ENDOPROSTHETICS WITH HYDROGELS

FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should remove hydrogel out of inflamed section of retromammary space, conduct antibacterial therapy and apply bandages and tampons with antiphlogistic preparation, moreover, directly after removing the gel out of inflamed section of retromammary space the cavity should be washed with chlorohexidine, then, before applying bandages and tampons with antiphlogistic preparation one should introduce a preparation being the mixture of butyric fruit extracts of sea buckthorn, calendula flowers, perforated St.John's wort grass and alcoholic tincture of Japanese sophora for 6-12 h into the cavity at the following ratio: butyric extract of sea buckthorn 50 ml, butyric extract of calendula 25 ml, butyric extract of St.John's wort 25 ml and tincture of Japanese sophora - 12-15 drops. Moreover, if necessary, one should apply external bandage with preparation by item 1 onto inflamed section, and butyric fruit extracts of sea buckthorn, calendula flowers and St.John's wort should be prepared upon olive oil of the first cold squeezing out of "Extra" class.
