FIELD: mining industry.;SUBSTANCE: device has frame and booms carrying working implements fixed to it from both ends with possible rotation around horizontal axes. Boxlike bodies performing functions of booms carters, cutting reducers are placed for relaying torque from electric engines to working implements. It is provided with pressure sensors, force and normal valves, connected to booms hollows, having sensors of oil level, hydraulic pumps, oil coolers, throttles, electro-controlled hydraulic distributors and additional tanks with loss meters mounted on booms. Each additional tank has drain mains, in one of which a normally closed valve is placed, controlling the hollow and connected to hydraulically controlled distributor, and connected to boom hollow via mains through hydraulic pump, oil cooler and electric-controlled hydraulic distributor, connected to oil level sensors wit possible pumping of oil from boom hollow to additional hollow and vice versa during boom rotations and connected by main through throttle to boom hollow. Pressure sensor and force valve are mounted in main between hydraulic pump and cooler.;EFFECT: higher reliability.;2 dwg
