FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out closed fractured long tubular bone fragments reposition. Cannulated rod of known length is introduced into medullary canal along guiding wire. Canals for setting locking screws with drill using prepared distal target guidance unit. Drill passage through cannulated rod working end openings is controlled with guiding wire introduced into rod canal. Canal directions matching rod working end openings, locking screws are to be introduced. Locking screws passage through cannulated rod working end openings is controlled with guiding wire introduced into rod canal. Deformation occurring when introducing cannulated rod working end by means of wire introduced into the nearest cortical bone layer opening and guiding wire introduced into rod canal, correct direction of canals for setting locking screws is determined. The canals for setting locking screws are built along wire direction with drill and locking screws are introduced, respectively. Drill and locking screws passage control is carried out by means of guiding wire introduced into the rod canal.;EFFECT: reduced number of X-ray examination procedures; accelerated operation process.;22 dwg
