FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves transferring auricle rudiment to normal position, forming ear lobe, helix and closing postoperative wound surface with a pedicle flap taken behind the auricle rudiment from mastoid process surface. Posterior and anterior incision boundary skin is mobilized behind the auricle rudiment and the lower portion is left fixed. Additional connective tissue pedicle is formed on the internal surface of the skin flap. The lower portion of the skin flap is released and brought under the rudiment after having transferred the auricle rudiment to normal position and placing cosmetic sutures. The wound surface is brought forward and paved in front of the lobe and rudiment.;EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of postoperative complications.;3 dwg
