FIELD: surgery.;SUBSTANCE: complex therapeutic mixture consisting of 32 un lidase, 4 mg dexametasone, 40 mg lidocain diluted with 6 ml of 40% glucose solution is introduced into bulk of interspinous ligament at levels C7-Th1 and Th8-Th9. Procedure is repeated 5 times with 48 h intervals.;EFFECT: achieved rapid stopping of esophagitis manifestations owing to improved lymphovenous interactions in posterior mediastinum region.
