The unit has a number of light sources and associated light guiding arrangements. A first light device (3) with a central first light source (9) and a central guide arrangement directed towards it is provided for a first light function. A second light device (4) with at least two sources (11) radially separate from the first source and an associated annular guiding arrangement (12) is provided for a second function. The first and second light devices have a common optical axis.
