Individual supports are cast in a resilient resin. Two horizontal layers (1, 2) are cast together in succession, the first containing a filler of gravel mixture, the second containing granulated rubber. As appropriate, and at the same time, resilient wear strips (3) are bonded-in. This structure is integrated into the concrete threshold or slab (7).
