For cost-effective building practice, a prestressed-concrete slab as a prefabricated-building element for prefabricated-concrete composite floors is specified, which slab has prestressing tendons, which are embedded therein and prestressed in an eccentric manner, and composite reinforcements, projecting from a surface, for a composite-concrete layer. A process for producing a prestressed-concrete floor from prestressed-concrete slabs of the abovementioned type is also described, in which a plurality of prestressed-concrete slabs are placed, without intermediate supports, on floor bearers and concrete is cast therein to join the assembly. According to a preferred application of a prestressed-concrete slab of this type, a plurality of prestressed-concrete slabs are placed beside one another to bridge floor-bearers, and this results in a load-bearing floor-substructure. The in-situ concrete for the concrete composite layer is then applied.
