The invention concerns a slot produced on a conductive connection component (1) comprising parallel edges and an orifice (11). Said device comprises a support surface (5) for receiving a wire and arranged perpendicular to the slot (9) at the orifice (11). Guide means are provided to enable a relative displacement of the support surface (5) with respect to the connection component (1) substantially parallel to the slot (9). Means are also provided for maintaining and optionally clamp the two edges of the slot towards each other after a wire (3) has been inserted.
