The device (2) has a support (16) defining an internal volume (20) and integrated to a wall (4) of a package (1) intended to be partly opened. Storage units (28, 38, 42) store a liquid/powdery matter and are arranged partially in the internal volume. The storage units are partially withdrawn along with an opening of the wall of the package to release the liquid or powdery matter in the package. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a packaging having a watertight package (b) a procedure of manufacturing a packaging having a watertight package intended to contain a liquid product and a liquid/powdery matter releasing device.
