The assembly has an electrically insulating body partly placed in shielding cases (7, 9) of a connector (3), and locating pins (23) with ends connected to conductor paths of a printed circuit board. A support spacer (29) is fixed to the connector, and a core (27) with a plane surface permits to manipulate the connector for positioning the connector on the card. The spacer and core are formed by a same monoblock piece (5).
