The mast has a support device (8) that is hoisted with a rope towards an arm (2) and receives an upper edge of a flag (14). The support device is formed of lower and upper extruded bars, where the lower bar is hollow profile and the upper bar is a profile with U shape. A rail (19) opened towards the top is oriented in the upper bar to form a seat for the arm, and two lateral rails are formed in the lower bar.
