The device has pneumatic jacks that alternatively permit to bring closer and move away two brushes from each other. A reservoir (7) contains a sterilizing liquid (8). A pump (9) ejects a quantity of the sterilizing liquid out of the reservoir according to a sequential mode. The functioning of the pump is governed by the alternative movement of one of the two brushes.
