The tool has a body with a base, where one side of the base includes an inclined plane. Side walls (3-8) of the inclined plane form a supply channel that leads to a reservoir (15) at the bottom of the body. A submersible pump is placed in the reservoir to pump the liquid collected in the reservoir. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a combination of a drainage device and a submersible pump (2) use of a drainage device.
