The device has a valve whose direction of opening is defined during assembling of the device or is revered after mounting of the device by the user, such that ambient air is forced to pass through the device in a defined direction. The air blown through the device is forced to travel inside the mattress. The valve is made by an elastomer material of a thermoplastic rubber type.
