The support has two sections (1a, 1b) connected by fish plates (6). Each plate has a core (7) arranged in a flat support against two filling threads (5) of one section and between two warp threads (4). An edge of the core has two notches (13, 14) for engaging respectively on the filling threads when the edge is in support against the filling threads and against the warp thread during the mounting of the plate on the section (1a).
