PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client program delivery system in which communication charge reduction for execution of a client program is made. PSOLUTION: In the client program delivery system, a delivery server 10 delivers a program to a client device 20, which executes the program. The delivery server 10 converts data necessary for execution of the program into a data setting program for performing setting processing for the data, and delivers the data setting program to the client device 20 through a communication channel established for delivering the program.
