PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode base for a dye-sensitized solar cell having a transparent conductive film stacked on a single surface of a transparent plate at a low cost, capable of effectively reducing a resistance value of the transparent conductive film, and excellent in corrosion resistance and durability with respect to an electrolyte. PSOLUTION: In the electrode base 21 for the dye-sensitized solar cell, a collecting circuit 21 prepared by vacuum-evaporating Al in a predetermined pattern is provided on at least one of the single surface of the transparent plate 21A and a surface of the transparent conductive film 21B, and a surface of the collecting circuit 21C is covered by an oxide film 21D.
