PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new DNA probe which shows a very large difference in the electrochemical response between a perfect complementary strand and SNP and can obtain an almost digital on/off response, and a method of detecting a complementary strand nucleic acid molecule sequence and a method of detecting SNP which use the probe.;SOLUTION: A nonnatural nucleoside constituted of an electrochemically active site and nucleic acid bases which are bound via a spacer through which π-electrons can conjugate or its phosphoramidite derivative is provided, and the DNA probe contains the same.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
