AGRICULTURAL COMPOST USING SEAFOOD WASTE AS RAW MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compost using seafood wastes as a raw material where useful microorganisms containing lactobacillus, mold and photosynthetic bacterium are easily proliferated and where effective fermentation is prompted and to provide its manufacturing method. PSOLUTION: The seafood wastes 10 are heat-treated at a high temperature under a high pressure in a highly pressure-resistant sealed vessel 20 and the useful microorganisms containing lactobacillus, mold and photosynthetic bacterium and a humidifying material having humidity suitable for the fermentation of the useful microorganisms are mixed and stirred and then the agricultural compost is manufactured by the fermentation of the mixture of the seafood wastes, the useful microorganisms and the humidifying material for a specified period in a temperature-controlled fermenter 24.
