Inorganic, organic fertilizers By-product fertilizer (compost) manufacturing method using mineral and organic waste sludge as raw materials

PURPOSE: A compost using inorganic and organic fertilizer, minerals and organic waste sludge as raw materials is provided to prevent environmental pollution, help growth of plants and enrich acidified soil. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of compost is as follows: mixing 50-70wt.% of organic materials and organic waste sludge, 10-15wt.% of a promotor such as ferric sulfide, lime and polymer flocculant to be water content of 75%; adding 10-15wt.% of polymerizing catalyst and unslaked lime at 70-250deg.C and mixing for 5min. to be water content of 35%; adding siliceous clay minerals such as yellow earth, dolomite, bentonite and zeolite and mixing for 5min to be water content of 20%; forming to granules and drying to be water content less than 15%; packing. The raw materials organic waste sludge, and organic materials and siliceous clay minerals are pre-prepared 1mm and more than 200mesh in size, respectively.
