PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a summation data generation method and device for summing traffic-dependent quantities after stochastic user equilibrium assignment for a predetermined summation object.;SOLUTION: In a summation processing part 30, an assignment rate deciding part 311 calculates the assignment rate of every recursive stage based on the processing result of an assignment processing part 20, and outputs it to a retreat processing part 312, and the retreat processing part 312 corrects traffic by using the assignment rate, and executes processing for assigning the corrected traffic by the retreat processing going from a specific point under consideration to a start point node, and an advance processing part 313 executes processing for assigning the assigned traffic to be outputted by the retreat processing part 312 by using the traffic as a pattern, by advance processing going from the specific point under consideration to an end point node, and a summation part 314 controls only the retreat processing part 312 or both the retreat processing part 312 and the advance processing part 313 to execute only the retreat processing or both the retreat processing and the advance processing in every repetition stage, and accumulates the results in a summation table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
