Nucleic acids (D, T) and an intercalator are prevented from nonspecifically adsorbing onto the electropositive solid phase surface 11a by adjusting the salt concentration of the buffer solution S. Further, this interaction detection part 1 is equipped at least with the reaction region R, a medium M stored or held in the reaction region R and containing the salt-containing buffer solution S. This substrate for bioassay including a DNA chip is equipped with the detection part 1. This device is used for detecting interaction such as hybridization.
