COMPARISON ANALYSIS METHOD OF IN VIVO POLYMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifying accurately with high reproducibility comparison data of in vivo polymers wherein in vivo polymers having large dispersion between samples exist in great numbers in the comparison data, in the case where the number of the comparison data of the in vivo polymers which are analysis objects is small.;SOLUTION: In comparison analysis wherein each abundance of in vivo polymers existing in two different kinds of samples is used as an index, a plurality of in vivo polymers wherein dispersion of the abundance between the samples is known to be small are selected, and a correction value of signal intensity showing the abundance is calculated, and the comparison data between the two samples are specified by using the correction value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
