PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IgE antibody inhibitor which inhibits the production of IgE in a living body, can prevent and improve the crisis of allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma, and allergic rhinitis, and can safely and easily be taken, and to provide a food raw material, and the like. PSOLUTION: This allergy inhibitor is characterized by containing polysaccharide fine particles. The polysaccharide fine particles are preferably chitosan or xanthan gum having an average particle diameter of 50 m.
