PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct in advance twisting of a packaging body carried into a pressure-resistant chamber for gas replacement.;SOLUTION: After a tray 30 and a cover film 38 covering the tray are carried onto a deck plate 16 supported on a machine stand face 14 through leg bars 15 by a carrying conveyor 13 being a transporting truck, an actuator 19 installed on a frame material 18 descending by rotating a screw bar 17 descends around the packaging body on the deck plate 16. Since wall materials 20 are respectively pushed out toward the tray by respective actuators 19 to correct the twisting of the tray 30, when the pressure-resistant chamber consisting of a lower box 21 and an upper box 22 is closed, a gas suction hole formed in the tray 30 agrees with a gas nozzle arranged in the lower box 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
