PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct in advance the twisting of a tray package carried into a pressure-resistant chamber for gas replacement.;SOLUTION: After a tray 30 and a cover film 38 covering it are carried by a deck plate 16 by a carrying conveyor 13 being a carrying track, a fluid cylinder 55 lowers the tray 30 integrally with the deck plate 16 in a recess 57 with the same profile as the profile of the tray, and in this case, as the tray 30 is laterally vibrated little by little on the deck plate 16 by vibration transmitted on the lower box 21 from a vibrator 80 to reduce friction between the deck plate 16, the tray is sunk without inclination into the recess 57 of the lower box 21.
