PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information appliance management system, an information appliance control management system and an information appliance control management method, allowing an information appliance connected to a home network to communicate with the other devices each having a different communication protocol inside and outside the home network, and to provide an information appliance operation method allowing operation of the information appliance from the other device having the different communication protocol.;SOLUTION: An appliance control part 24 is started one-to-one correspondingly to the information appliance 30 connected to the home network to establish communication connection.
