PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk for inspection and adjustment which is easily created and easily inspects an optical disk device, and a method for inspecting and adjusting the optical disk device using the same.;SOLUTION: Among signal recording areas (A1)3 to (An)6 recorded in an optical disk 1 for inspection and adjustment, one area having a signal state optimal for inspection is selected, and the address information of the selected signal recording area or the address information and recording state information are recorded in an information recording area 2.
