PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a turbocharger capable of stably maintaining seal performance even when a seal ring for preventing a lubricating oil from flowing out from the peripheral side of a turbine shaft receives an external pressure such as an exhaust gas pressure and also providing sufficient heat radiating property to a bearing housing and a turbocharger having the seal structure.;SOLUTION: A seal ring stopper 7 is press-fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the bearing housing 4 on the compressor wheel side of the seal ring 5 fitted to the turbine wheel 2 side end of the turbine shaft 3.
