PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift-off testing device capable of re-tensioning various anchors, and improving efficiency and safety of testing work.;SOLUTION: This device re-tensions the anchors by pulling an anchor plate F5 for supporting an anchor head part and an anchoring tool for anchoring this part; and is constituted for pulling a pulling plate 11, by integrating the anchor plate F5 and the pulling plate 11 having a plurality of bored holes by a fastening means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
