PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functions, which allow users to perform voting ticket purchase without cash and wining voting ticket refund using transfer voting funds from bank accounts at terminal equipment installed within a stadium.;SOLUTION: A voting ticket processing system has a voting host 901, which sums and manages data for voting tickets and winning voting tickets from a terminal equipment group 902 in a stadium; and a member management server 905, which manages voting member data and game sponsor accounts for funds movement from/to bank accounts. The voting host 901 in the system has a voting funds account, in which funds can be transferred from/to game sponsor accounts and which allows voting members to use through the terminal equipment group 902. Based on voting funds, the funds of which are transferred from game sponsor accounts into the voting funds account, the voting host 901 can perform issuing processing for voting tickets to voting members through the terminal equipment group 902 and refund processing for refund money to the voting funds account based on winning voting ticket information from the terminal equipment group 902.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
