PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film having excellent durability by enhancing an anchor effect of an amorphous transparent conductive film to improve an adhesive force, and to provide a transparent conductive film capable of reducing contact resistance to an ACF and an inspecting probe.;SOLUTION: This application provides this amorphous transparent conductive film characterized in that the value of Rmax being the maximum value of surface roughness is not smaller than 10 nm. Contact resistance generated between the amorphous transparent conductive film and an anisotropic conductive film (ACF) and between the amorphous transparent conductive film and an inspecting probe can be set at a small value. The amorphous transparent conductive film can increase the anchor effect as compared with a conventional one, and can resultantly improve durability as compared with a conventional one.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
