PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved surface machining device provided with rigidity required for shape forming and constituted to be smaller and lighter than a conventional curved surface machining device, a calibration method, and optical element and optical element mold manufactured by the device.;SOLUTION: In this curved surface machining device, a work table 34 for mounting a fθlens mold 2 and a machining machine bed 37 are connected by a telescopic strut 31, and a parallel link mechanism for controlling position and inclination of the work table 34 by elongation, contraction and turning of the strut 31 is provided.
