PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent polymer compound which has a good film formation and processability by itself, has very high charge transportability as a charge transport material, exhibits a good performance, when used for a photoconductive material for a pigment-sensitizing solar battery and the like, shows high charge voltage and sensitivity, keeps its various properties unchanged for repeated use and exhibits a stable performance, when used for the material for an electrophotographic photoreceptor.;SOLUTION: The polymer compound contains a specific triphenylamine derivative in its constitutional unit. As a charge transport material, the polymer compound containing a specific triphenylamine derivative in its constitutional unit has a much higher solubility to organic solvents than previously known materials, which allows the compound to form a film by solvent coating. The compound has a very high charge transportability as a charge transport material. These materials are significantly useful as a charge transport material for an electrophotographic photoreceptor and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
