PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide outer dough for a bakery, having a new shape and pattern, to provide food dough coated with the outer dough for the bakery, prepared by coating inner dough with the outer dough, and to provide a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The outer dough for the bakery which is prepared by laminating fat and oil layers and dough layers in a spiral state and the food dough for the bakery which is prepared by freezing or refrigerating the dough are provided, respectively. Thus, the outer dough is structured so as to have many layers (for example, 24-36 layers), therefore the fat and oil layers and the dough layers form a harmonious whole, and further effects of showing a beautiful pattern and exhibiting a target taste are obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
