This invention in order to decrease the deterioration of the product which is in the midst of transporting, reactivity chemical compound while transporting to another place from one place, regards the method of decreasing the deterioration of the said reactivity chemical compound inside for the cubic measure of thing and the transport equipment and material which it electrolyzes grinds the surface to which reactivity chemical compound contacts while transporting by smallest or removing dead capacity of thing, and transport plane interxylary ratio of the surface area is made smallest.
