PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furring strip mounted on a wall surface with a structure easily bearing weight load in the inside direction of a surface without projecting screws or the like ahead of the wall surface and also exhibiting stable mounting strength when screwing a facing material or the like to the furring strip.;SOLUTION: The furring strip 1 supporting the facing material or the like of a building comprises a slender and thin steel base plate 2 having a thickness around a through hole to be deformed by passing a screw type member 5 or a nail type member and a splice steel plate 3 having a notch part 3a approximately in the center in the width direction of parts superposed upon the slender and thin steel base plate 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
