PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patient himself or herself or a diagnosing person to store analysis data safely.;SOLUTION: This analysis disk 1 is equipped with an analysis domain 2 where a sample solution can be analyzed. In the analysis disk 1, the analysis domain 2 is arranged on the outside position in the disk diameter direction, and a recording domain 3 where information can be recorded is arranged on the inside position in the disk diameter direction relative to the analysis domain 2, and a separation domain 4 for separating both domains is formed toroidally and coaxially with the disk center between the analysis domain 2 and the recording domain 3.
