MATCHING SYSTEM IN PROVISION OF JOB OFFER AND JOB SEEKING INFORMATION AND INFORMATION RELEVANT THERETO, USING NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide job applicants with job offer information with high matching degree on a job offer and job seeking information special site.;SOLUTION: In this system, a job offer and job seeking information special site is opened, job offering companies provide job offer information and desire information from the special site, and on the other hand job applicants/qualification acquisition applicants input their personal histories and desire information etc. from the special site or various sites. Both of them input a plurality of ranks to the items which they want to give priority in the desire information, and a control system expresses the value numerically matching automatically recruitment information of the job offering companies and desire information of job applicants/qualification acquisition applicants in those input information, and displays the value of more than a certain value for every recruitment information of the job offering companies. Then the control system displays the value matching automatically desire information of the job offering companies and personal histories etc. of job applicants/qualification acquisition applicants and supports at the time of application by determining degree of discrepancy between both of them.
