PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a criminal risk evaluation device, a criminal risk evaluation method and a criminal risk evaluation program with which the risk toward the crime related with a building can be easily evaluated.;SOLUTION: A CPU 22 inputs location information showing the construction location of a building to be evaluated through a keyboard 14 and a mouse 16, and derives crime occurrence probability at the construction location shown by the inputted location information based on criminal circumstance information showing the past crime occurrence circumstances in a prescribed region, and derives vulnerability value showing the vulnerability toward the crime of the building based on predetermined conditions related with the building, and derives a criminal risk evaluation value showing the risk toward the crime of the building based on the crime occurrence probability and the vulnerability level value, and presents information related with the crime risk evaluation value at a display 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
