As for this invention, it regards the method of proofreading the welding temperature in optical fiber connecting accurately. Directly two optical fibers are connected by arc re-pitch core technology, are heated continuously by ex post facto welding processing. At the time of this processing, welding temperature is decided, considering effective welding temperature, automatically. This is executed by actual time watching the welding time dependancy of the reduction of clad diameter. When it compares with model calculation, change of state of the electrode, and altitude, fluctuation of the welding temperature temperature and humidity etc with work environment occurs. In order to recover the optimum welding temperature in various welding processing, the proofreading result is called automatically, compensates welding electric current.
