PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small running carriage, which is small, lightweight, and movable by humans, and constantly allows its four wheels to stably run even on unleveled roads such as rough roads or through narrow places with grounded, and a small running robot with it.;SOLUTION: The small running carriage body is divided into three parts, such as a left frame part 12, a right frame part 13, and a central frame part 11.
