PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a general area from pathogenic germ or hazardous substances in a contaminants treatment area in which a contaminant treatment apparatus such as a heating sterilization apparatus is installed.;SOLUTION: This equipment comprises a treatment room 1 and a preparation room 2. The treatment room 1 is a section for isolating the contaminant treatment area DA in which the contaminant treatment apparatus is installed from the general area OA. An exhaustion fan 11 connected with the inside of the room sucks air in the room into an air exhaustion tube 10 to exhaust it to the general area OA and keeps inside of the treatment room 1 to have negative pressure and is equipped with a filter 12 at the exhaustion tube 10 to clean the exhaust air. The preparation room 2 is a room for washing a worker working in the treatment room 1, working wear, working tool, etc., and is communicated with the treatment room 1. Inside of the preparation room 2 is kept to have the negative pressure by acting of suction force of the exhaustion fan 11.
