According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling a response to loss of an administrator password of network security equipment comprises: a first step of setting and registering a mobile device number and unique terminal information which are used when an administrator password of network security equipment is lost; a second step of receiving the mobile device number through a setting login page of a mobile application when the administrator password is lost to request generation of one-time authentication code for a mobile device to a registration/management information processing device; a third step of receiving a mobile device authentication code generated by encrypting the unique terminal information with respect to the mobile device from the registration/management information processing device in accordance with a request; a fourth step of scanning the provided mobile device authentication code; a fifth step of comparing the unique terminal information included in the mobile device authentication code with the registered unique terminal information; a sixth step of permitting set wireless communication connection to a registration terminal device of the network sequence equipment to be managed in order to perform control when the unique terminal information included in the mobile device authentication code is equal to the registered unique terminal information based on a comparison resu and a seventh step of blocking the set wireless communication connection to the registration terminal device of the network sequence equipment to be managed in order to prevent control when the unique terminal information included in the mobile device authentication code differs from the registered unique terminal information based on the comparison result.
