PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet head especially suitable for industrial use by arranging wires conveniently on the upper and lower surfaces thereby shortening the pitch.;SOLUTION: An Si substrate 1 having members formed on some surface and the rear surface thereof and glass substrates 2 and 3 attached with one or a plurality of ITO electrodes 21 and 31 for converting power into liquid ejecting energy are bonded, respectively, to the upper and lower surfaces of the Si substrate and wires 23 and 33 are passed through take-put holes 25 and 35 made through the glass substrates 2 and 3 in order to supply power to an ink jet head 112 which is supplied with ink from an ink supply means. On the other hand, a feed screw 114 moves the ink jet head in the scanning direction and a drum 111 rotates to change the relative position of a recording sheet and the ink jet head.
