PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet head in which the ink ejection characteristics of respective nozzles are adjusted to be as uniform as possible or to be differentiated intendedly, and to obtain a recorder using that ink jet head.;SOLUTION: A laser controller 100 determines an irradiation time based on the measurement data of an ejection characteristics measuring unit 300. A laser light irradiator 200 cuts a part of each ejection chamber and an ink supply means supplies ink to an ink jet head where the ink weight and ink speed of a material being ejected from each nozzle are adjusted. On the other hand, a feed screw 114 moves the ink jet head in the scanning direction and a drum 111 rotates to change the relative position of a recording sheet and the ink jet head.
